I was going to buy this wig when it first came out but decided against it when I seen it on other pets. Today however the shop owners (Playfish) changed it so it looked more "full" so I decided to buy it. I am wearing White Queen dress & shoes & Swan Princess Tiara.

Where can I get it? You can't, it cannot be traded and was an LE item so no longer in the store.
